pool girl

Luna stands at the back door every day and begs for the pool. Then we go out and she eats some mud and a few rocks and just seriously has a great time.

She loves Tom and Jerry right now. “Watch it, Dada?” Classic episodes only. She will walk away so fast from the new stuff. And it’s preferable on Dada’s phone. Just not the same on the tv!

She loves her snacks. It’s the first word out of her mouth every day. “Shneck, Mama?!!” Seaweed, cheerios, chocolate bunnies, chickpeas, cheese, cheese, cheese, and raisins. And pretty much anything we happen to be eating. Little beggar. 

Today she learned how to dip a tortilla chip into Aaron’s jalapeño dip. I laid her down for her nap with her still nibbling on that chip. Aaron and I laughed over how cute each little thing is with her. Just a little chip and dip, but it’s the cutest.

She loves helping us. Laundry, dishes, sweeping. Today she “helped” Aaron put a bed frame together. Groaning her hardest as she did absolutely nothing other than pat the frame enthusiastically. 

She loves to congratulate herself when she does anything right. “Good girl! Hey! Mama! Good girl!”. 

We love her so much.
